FUSION CPVC PRO PIPES & FITTINGS
Complete Hot & Cold Water Plumbing Solution
Revolutionary hot and cold water piping system that is most suitable, easy
and economic solution for transportation of portable water.
Fusion CPVC Pro Pipes are manufactured in copper tube size (CTS) from 1/2" to 2" with different standard dimensional ratios SDR-11 and SDR-13.5. Both are made from equivalent CPVC compounds having similar physical properties.
Apart from having the same physical properties, SDR-11 and SDR-13.5 have different wall thickness and therefore, at any given temperature, have different pressure rating.
SALIENT FEATURES

WHY FUSION CPVC
CORROSION RESISTANCE
Fusion CPVC PRO pipe has excellent resistance even under the harshest of water conditions. It keeps pure water pure till the last drop. Fusion CPVC systems are unaffected by the low pH of water, coastal air or corrosive soils.
LOWER BACTERIAL GROWTH
As compared to other piping systems (steel, copper, other thermoplastics) the bacterial growth in Fusion CPVC PRO is much lower. It does not deteriorate quality of water and prevents contamination, unpleasent odour, bad taste and discolouration of water.
FIRE SAFETY
CPVC has a Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) of 60. Thus in air, FUISON CPVC PRO pipe does not support combustion. Fusion CPVC has High ignition temperature, Low toxicity, Low heat of combustion, 25/50 flame smoke development rating.
HOT-WATER COMPATIBLE
Fusion CPVC PRO pipe is compatible with both hot and cold water. It can withstand very high temperature upto 83°C. Due to its high heat efficiency, it is widely used in many solar, electric and gas water heaters.
TOUGH RIGID MATERIAL
Fusion CPVC PRO pipe has a much higher strength than other thermoplastics used in plumbing. It has a higher pressure bearing capability and has high UV Resistance, leading to the same flow rate with a smaller size.
LOW THERMAL EXPANSION
Fusion CPVC PRO pipe has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion, which keeps the pipe unaffected even when hot water is running through the pipe.
